The Japanese are renowned for their art of cutlery and it is not without reason, Japanese knives are certainly the best utensils that a chef can have in his kitchen, as Japanese know-how is so important. This box contains no less than four Japanese knives which will quickly find their place in your kitchen and which will become indispensable.
In this box you will find a 16.5 cm Nakiri knife (for vegetables), as well as a Santoku knife (for fish, meat, mushrooms and fruits) measuring 16.6 cm, a Petit Deba (for fish) of 10.5 cm and finally a Paring knife (a versatile knife for cutting, peeling, etc.) which measures 12 cm.
A knife can only be cleaned by hand, in clean water with a very mild detergent. Do not soak in water, no dishwasher. Dry the knife thoroughly and store it away from humidity.
